About PADAMERE

We are David and Patty Miller and we live in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, about 20 miles west of Knoxville and about 50 miles from Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains.

Our household consists of David and Patty, our 21 year old daughter, Samantha, 5 Cavaliers, 1 Golden Retriever, 2 cats and 2 birds.  We have a son, Mark, that lives with his wife, Tabatha, in Virginia.  We have lived in this same house for over 20 years.

We are members of the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Club-USA, associate members of the American Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Club, Inc., associate member of Cavalier King Charles  Spaniel Club of Greater Atlanta and very active members of the Oak Ridge Kennel Club.

We acquired our first Cavalier about 5 years ago.  Since that time we have finished 3 AKC champions and AKC  pointed  another 2.  We are extremely proud of our dogs...they are both beautiful and well behaved.

We enjoy showing our Cavaliers, David especially enjoys going into the ring.  Patty likes to watch, take notes, learn, and talk with fellow Cavalier enthusiasts.  We have learned something from every show we've attended.

When we breed, we hope to improve the quality of our Cavaliers so that they are the epitome of the breed standard.  Every breeding we do is done to produce a beautiful, healthy and well  rounded dog.  In some litters there are one or two puppies that are possible show hopefuls. These are the ones that we are more likely to keep ourselves or place in a show home.  The others we will place in pet homes on spay/neuter contract.
